For one night only, join us at barmilano Maroubra Beach for an intimate four-course wine dinner celebrating the food, wine and traditions of Friuli and Trentino.

The evening will be hosted by Mattia Bartolucci of Italian Wine Importers, who will personally guide guests through seven carefully selected wines—sharing the stories of the producers, the distinctive varietals and the landscapes behind every glass.

Our chefs have created a regional menu featuring frico friulano, capesante alla Triestina, carne salada, risotto al Montasio and speck, strangolapreti, goulash alla Trentina and strudel di mele.

Each course has been thoughtfully paired with wines from celebrated Northern Italian producers, including Ferrari, Visintini, Hofstätter and Weingut Niklas.
